Question – I have had broadband ADSL installed – do I need to have a filter?
Answer - If you have a monitored alarm system, then yes you must always install an ADSL filter. This can be installed by any qualified person.

Question – Why is the Ademco code pad beeping all the time it is turned off?
Answer - The alarm system has a low battery.
The beeping can be silenced with you PIN Code + Off.
Is the main power on in the building?
If NOT then the battery has gone flat and will recharge.
If YES then the battery probably needs changing, would you like a technician to look at that for you?

Question – Why is the green ready light on my DL 150-250-300 code pad flashing?
Answer - This indicates that there appears to be communication trouble.
Can you make a call from your telephone?
If YES, then the telephone line appears to be operational.

Answer – Our vacuum motors range from 1.5 to 2.5HP.

Answer – Yes, all can be bagless. The 3 larger models also have the ability to use a bag should you prefer it.

Question – Can the ducted vacuum be installed into existing homes?
Answer – Yes, many systems are installed into single storey homes. Double storey homes can also be accommodated if the roofs allow.
